GRANTS:

KANSAS TECHNOLOGY RICH CLASSROOM GRANT PROGRAM
KSDE will award a number of grants for approx. $100,000 to schools through the Technology Rich Classroom Project Grants funded through Enhancing Education Through Technology.  Districts must be eligible to apply (for a complete list of eligible districts, see the TRC RFP Appendix G on Page 26).

INTENT TO APPLY DEADLINE: FRIDAY, JANUARY 11, 2008
GRANT SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  1:00pm CST ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2008

HEWLETT PACKARD TECHNOLOGY FOR TEACHING GRANT PROGRAM 
HP awarded a number of grants to schools to integrate technology into instruction in a collaborative, team-based approach. Two Kansas schools received grants:
